This is also my idea for a Poison-type Eeveelution! Eevee would evolve into Plutoneon if it leveled up near a source of radiation, such as a Power Plant or a submarine

Plutoneon (From PLUTONIUM and EON), the Gamma Radiation Pokemon.

Plutoneon naturally emits radiation, in the form of Gamma Rays. However, the radiation it emits is safe to handle by humans, and many people keep Plutoneon for its kind nature, and its ability to ward off bug-type Pokemon.
