Sonchuther (From SONIC, PIKACHU and SCYTHER), the Electric Insect Pokemon.

Individuals of this particular Pokemon are incredibly fast, yet for some reason they display increased instinctual urges. It is unknown why they resemble already-existing Pokemon, as they do not require camouflage.
